Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to tours and reservation requests made via corefinancesolustions.com. It is governed by the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015 and the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023.

Cancellation by the Consumer

You may cancel a confirmed booking by written notice to contact@corefinancesolustions.com. The following cancellation windows and fees apply:

• More than 30 days before the tour start date: full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
• 15–30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
• 7–14 days before the tour start date: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund.

Cancellation by the Operator

If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. Alternatively, you may choose an alternative tour of equal or greater value.

Refund Eligibility and Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we approve your request. All refunds are subject to the fees stated above. To request a refund, email contact@corefinancesolustions.com with your booking reference.

Transfer Options

You may transfer your booking to another person if you notify us at least 7 days before the tour start date. The transferee must meet all tour requirements. A transfer fee of 5% may apply.

Fees

Administration and transfer fees cover processing costs and are non-refundable. They are deducted from the refundable amount.

Claims and Dispute Resolution

You may submit a claim by email to contact@corefinancesolustions.com. We will respond within 30 days. If unresolved, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution as provided by the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.

Language

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the state language' of 25 April 2019, consumer information is provided in the Ukrainian state language. This English version is a translation provided for convenience.
